Last week, members of our school community participated in a focus group regarding our athletic complex. We are grateful for their time and feedback. One of our goals as a District this year is to acknowledge greatness. Each month we will recognize an individual or group that is doing exemplary work for our students here at WACS.
For the month of September, we would like to sincerely thank our Summer School team. This group of staff is from various departments and spans from our elementary school to our high school. Their hard work and dedication to our students this summer has given our students an edge to start their new school year. We thank you for your time, for your effort, for your work with our students, and the kindness you have shown during our summer school programs. We are grateful for you!

Middle Schoolers had their first Builders Club meeting of the year today. They have already started work on their first service project, which is the elementary family Halloween night scheduled for October 27th. More details will be coming out about this activity for elementary students soon!

This past March, the 2021-2022 Calculus and Pre-Calculus classes participated in the SUNY Fredonia Inaugural School Team Challenge: Billy ‘Pi’dol Presents Nice Day for a ‘Pi’ Wedding. Competing against school from across the region, it was recently announced that Westfield was named Honorable Mention for their video submission.
