Westfield Academy and Central School

Congratulations to Collin Hoffman who finished 2nd at the American Welding Society (AWS) Junior Welding Competition on Saturday, March 26th.  Collin represented WACS  through the LoGuidice BOCES Welding program.  To finish 2nd, Collin had to weld a C-Channel to a 6" x 6" x 1/4" Carbon Steel Plate  with a 1/8" E7018 Electrode.  Great job Collin!
